Eagle Specialty Coffee was founded in 2013 with the vision to create a cafe serving some of the finest coffee 
from around the world in an inviting and comfortable environment. We partnered with experienced importers, coffee masters
and roasters to hatch the Eagle brand.
The first store opened in the Spring of 2014 and we quickly became known for serving the largest variety and
some of the best tasting pour over coffee and espresso based drinks in the area. Our loyal following of coffee lovers
joined us on this journey from opening day to becoming a well respected brand in the premium coffee industry.
Our commitment to quality and consistency is evident in every cup, as we strictly follow industry preparation standards.
Whether you are a coffee novice or a professional coffee grader, one taste and you will see what makes the

Now we are ready to embark on the second part of our story and grow our Eagle family. Eagle Specialty Coffee is
officially a franchisor and we have begun the process to open more locations.
