How are points earned?
If ordering in store, give your phone number before you pay
If ordering online, make sure you are logged in and see your Loyalty information on the checkout screen.
    If you checkout as a guest, points will not be earned

Points are earned on all handcrafted drinks, such as:
- all espresso-based drinks hot or iced
- cold brew
- frappes
- brewed coffee
- chillara

One point is earned per dollar spent on the base price of a drink, add-on modifiers do not earn points.
For example, a 20oz iced Latte is $5.45 and would earn 5.45 points, adding an extra double shot for $1.25 and hazelnut syrup for $.80 still only earns 5.45 points

No points are earned on other items, such as:
- food
- retail merchandise
- bags of coffee

Do I get a free drink for joining or what about on my birthday?
YES and YES!
Every new account will get 75 points for free just for joining and annually on the customer's birthday.
That is enough points to redeem for a free bakery item, a tea, chillara, brewed coffee or a small espresso drink!

Download the app and check your points directly in the App, or

How do I use my points?
Download the app and in the points store you can use your points to buy free items.
Once your reward has been purchased, order through the App, or

    Free Basic Unflavored Espresso Drink, Hot or Iced, up to 16oz (Includes 16oz Cappuccino, Latte, Macchiato, Americano and smaller espresso drinks 8oz or less, such as shots of Espresso or a Cortado)
    Free Bakery Item (Includes all danish, pastry and muffins)
    Free any size Hot Tea
    Free any size Chillara

    Free Flavored Handcrafted Espresso Drink, Hot or Iced, up to 16oz (Includes all espresso drinks, such as Sweet Cream Espresso, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Toasted Marshmallow)

110 points
    Free Any Size Handcrafted Espresso Drink, Hot or Iced
    Free Any Size Cold Brew

120 points
    Free Any Size Chai, Hot or Blended Iced

140 points

The free food and drink item only includes the default base options, and any additional add-on modifiers chosen by the customer will be charged.
