Description
The Victoria Arduino Mythos II is the next generation grinder for premium coffee shops. The Premium model has all the features of the Plus model, but adds a variable speed motor for even better control of the grind. It introduces a user temperature controlled heating and cooling system for top control over dosage, especially during periods of high usage, to best suit their particular coffee. New larger 85mm titanium burrs allow for faster grinding and higher through put and can grind up to 3500 pounds of coffee before needing replacement. Smaller physical footprint than original Mythos line to free upvaluable counter space. It includes the ability to program dosages and is good for medium to large sizedshops.
