The Victoria Arduino Mythos II is the next generation grinder for premium coffee shops. The Gravimetric model has all the features of thePremium model, but adds the gravimetric weight-based system for the ultimate control of dosage. It introduces a user temperature controlled heating and cooling system for top control over dosage, especially during periods of high usage, to best suit their particular coffee. New larger 85mm titanium burrs allow for faster grinding and higher throughput and can grind up to 3500pounds of coffee before needing replacement. Smaller physical footprint than original Mythos line to free up valuable counter space. It includes the ability to program dosages and is good for medium to large sized shops.
